Working Days and Hours of the Facilities

Making a Reservation

• The conference and cinema hall is used free of charge for the university meetings and organizations. External institutions and special requests are subject to a fee. 

• For external applications; the facilities can be used free of charge in scientific events, organizations that are considered to be of public interest, with the decision of the University Board of Directors.

• University Board of Directors has the right and authority to make changes in the fees and usage rights of the facilities.

• The fees determined for the facilities are collected in advance from the relevant parties on the date of allocation.

• Necessary information about the use of the halls may be found in the 'Instructions for Use of the Hall'.
