The conference and cinema hall is used free of charge for the university meetings and organizations. External institutions and special requests are subject to a fee. The requests other than working hours are also charged 100 TL per person for overtime pay of the technical and cleaning staff.
For external applications; the facilities can be used free of charge in scientific events, organizations that are considered to be of public interest, with the decision of the University Board of Directors.
University Board of Directors has the right and authority to make changes in the fees and usage rights of the facilities.
The fees determined for the facilities are collected in advance from the relevant parties on the date of allocation.
Necessary information about the use of the halls may be found in the 'Instructions for Use of the Hall'.
